2. Submit your application

Before you start an application, log in to the employer platform to upload your documents and add member information. Please ensure you provide the policy effective date, contact person details, and payment method to complete your application. We will process and approve your policy shortly!

Approval in 5 days at the earliest
We will review your application promptly and if necessary, an insurance specialist may contact you for further information. Once the underwriting process is complete, you will receive a notification confirming your successful application.

Policy management
1.  Adding or terminating a member

To add or terminate an insured member, go to “Member List” on the employer portal and fill in the member’s information. The process takes only 5 minutes and can be done anytime throughout your policy year.

2. View your policy

You can log in to the employer platform to view your plan information, coverage details, billing records, and other essential information.

3. Submit a claim

Team members can log in to their employee account to submit claims. Simply answer a few questions and upload the supporting documents, and the process can be completed in as little as 5 minutes.
