「保泰公務員」自願醫保及醫療保障計劃優惠之條款及細則
「保泰公務員」自願醫保及醫療保障計劃優惠(「此優惠」)只適用於由 2025 年 12 月 1 日至 2025 年 12 月 31 日期間(包括首尾兩天)(「推廣期」) 成功批核及獲繕發之指定保單(「合資格保單」)。
- 投保人必須為合資格香港政府公務員、非公務員合約僱員或立法會秘書處職員本人及其家屬,指定法定機構(如醫院管理局豁下之合約及非合約員工)及其家屬均適用。
- 新客戶使用優惠碼【CIVILSERVANT】於推廣期內成功投保合資格保單,可享有以下優惠:

- 此身體檢查由 Bowtie x JP Partners Medical Centre Limited (「Bowtie & JP Health」) 所提供,受以下條款約束:
- 每位合資格投保人可獲最多兩個身體檢查優惠名額。若投保人於推廣期內成功為受保人投保多於一張保單,Bowtie 亦只提供最多兩個免費身體檢查名額,
- 兩個身體檢查名額只限保單持有人使用;
- 第一個身體檢查名額將於合資格保單生效起之第一個保單年度(保單成功生效之第10個月後)發出換領電郵;
- 第二個身體檢查名額將於合資格保單生效起之第二個保單年度(第二年續保保單成功生效之90日後)發出換領電郵;
- 此身體檢查只限合資格投保人享用,項目包括:血壓、脈博檢測、血液常規、貧血指標及血液疾病、腎功能測試、肝功能測試、冠心病風險檢查 (膽固醇 / 高密度膽固醇 / 低密度膽固醇 / 三酸甘油脂)、糖尿病檢查 (空腹血糖) 及痛風症檢查 (尿酸)。
- 有關名額使用,客戶到 Bowtie & JP Health 兌換身體檢查名額時,需出示換領電郵,並由 Bowtie & JP Health 職員作身分確認;
- 如保單持有人於合資格保單的首個保單年度終結前取消保單或退保,Bowtie 有權追討有關此身體檢查之費用。
- Bowtie 將於保單生效起第 10 個月後發出此身體檢查之換領電郵,客戶可根據指示享用優惠。
- 此身體檢查須視乎 Bowtie & JP Health 實際營運情況而定,名額先到先得。
- 如換領電郵有遺失、損毀、更改或逾期,即作廢無效,並不獲補發。
- 此身體檢查只適用於保單持有人,不得轉售或轉讓他人使用,並不可更換、退回、轉換其他禮品,或與其他推廣優惠同時使⽤。
- Bowtie 並非身體檢查之供應商,身體檢查由 Bowtie & JP Health 提供。由身體檢查或其他 Bowtie & JP Health 提供的服務所產生之任何責任,及有關服務之任何問題或投訴或其相關服務質素,Bowtie 概不負責,請直接與有關供應商或第三方聯絡或查詢。
- Bowtie 及 Bowtie & JP Health 對此優惠保留最終決定權,並有權終止或用同等價值及/或規格的獎品代替原先全部或部份健康服務及優惠。
- 任何因電腦、網路等技術問題導致投保人所遞交的資料有所遲延、遺失、錯誤的情況,Bowtie 毋須負上任何責任。所有與投保有關之日期及時間(包括但不限推廣期)均以 Bowtie 的時間紀錄為準。
- Bowtie 有權隨時暫停、更改或終止此優惠及其條款及細則而毋須事先通知。如有任何爭議,Bowtie 保留最終決定權。
- Bowtie 保留最終決定權,可要求申請人提交公務員身份/醫管局員工證明,以享用公務員專屬優惠,包括但不限於有效的公務員職員證、最近三個月內發出並顯示政府部門/機構為僱主的糧單,或相關政府部門/機構於最近六個月內發出的正式聘書/工作證明文件。
“Bowtie Civil Servant” VHIS and Medical Protection Offer Terms and Conditions
“Bowtie Civil Servant” VHIS and Medical Protection offer ("the Offer") is only applicable to the policy ("Eligible Policy") that is successfully submitted and issued from 1 December 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
- The policyholder must be an eligible Hong Kong government civil servant, a non-civil service contract employee, or a Legislative Council Secretariat staff member and their family members. It also applies to designated statutory bodies (such as contract and non-contract staff under the Hospital Authority) and their family members.
- New customer who successfully applies with the promo code 【CIVILSERVANT】for designated products can enjoy the following offers:
- Bowtie VHIS Standard Plan: first 9 months premium waiver for the first year
- Bowtie VHIS Flexi Plan & Bowtie Pink Plan: first 9 months premium waiver for the first year and two body checks provided by Bowtie & JP Health (total value $2,400) ("The Body Check");
- Any Bowtie Critical Illness plan: first 9 months premium waiver for the first year;
- Bowtie Term Life: first 9 months premium waiver for the first year;
- “New Customer” refers to the insured person who has never been under the protection of or held any Bowtie individual insurance policy.
- The Body Check is provided by Bowtie x JP Partners Medical Centre Limited (“Bowtie & JP Health”). Terms and conditions apply:
- Each eligible policyholder is entitled to a maximum of two free physical examinations. If the policyholder has successfully applied for more than one policy for the same insured person, Bowtie will only offer a maximum of two free body checks for the insured person
- Two body checks could only allow the policyholder to use
- The first free physical examination voucher will be issued via email during the first policy year ( 10 months after the successful effective date of the policy) from the effective date of the eligible policy.
- The second free physical examination voucher will be issued via email during the second policy year ( 90 days after the effective date of the eligible policy.
- The Body Check is only available to eligible policyholder, items includes Blood Pressure, Pulse Monitoring, Complete Blood Count, Renal Function Profile, Liver Function Profile I, Lipid Profile I, Diabetes Screening (Glucose, Fasting) and Gout (Uric Acid).
- Regarding quota usage, when the customer redeems the first body check at Bowtie & JP Health, a valid redemption email needs to be presented and the customer needs to undergo identity verification by Bowtie & JP Health staff.
- If the policyholder cancels or surrenders the Eligible Policy before the end of the first policy year, Bowtie reserves the right to recover the fee of the Body Check.
- Bowtie will send out a redemption email after 10 months after the policy becomes effective. Customers can enjoy the Body Check according to the instructions in the redemption email
- The Offer is subject to Bowtie & JP Health’s availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The redemption email will not be re-issued if lost and will be invalid if found defaced or altered.
- The Body Check is available to the policyholder only. It cannot be transferred or resold to others and cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted to other gifts, or used in conjunction with other offers.
- Bowtie is not the supplier of the Body Check and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Body Check and is not responsible for any matter relating to the Offer. Bowtie & JP Health is the supplier of the Body Check and is responsible for all issues on the provision, obligations and disputes relating to the Body Check. Please contact the supplier or third party directly for any queries.
- Bowtie and Bowtie & JP Health reserve the right to substitute the Body Check (or part of the Body Check) with an alternative gift with equal monetary value and/or specification.
- Bowtie will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues. All dates and times related to the Offer (including but not limited to the Promotion Period) are recorded according to the reception of Bowtie’s server and computer records.
- Bowtie reserves the rights of the final decision, including suspending, terminating or changing details of the Offer and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Bowtie reserves the right to request applicants to submit identity proof /or HA staff as a civil servant to enjoy the civil servant exclusive offer, including but not limited to a valid civil servant staff card, a recent payslip dated within the last three (3) months showing the government department/agency as employer, or an official letter of appointment/employment verification from the relevant government department/agency dated within the last six (6) months.
