The hospital regrets that outpatient and inpatient services are not provided to any person who has a travel history out of HK within 21 days (14 days for those coming from Mainland and Macao); this condition is not applicable to those entering HK with the “Green” QR Code of the Return2hk or Come2hk Scheme.
All inpatients (including certain Day Centre patients) must provide a negative COVID-19 test result during admission. The specimen type must be deep throat saliva (specimen collected after 2 hours of fasting) or nasopharyngeal swab, and collected within 2 days prior to admission. Only reports issued by public hospitals, private hospitals, or Government recognized local COVID-19 testing institutions are accepted. The reports must show the patient’s name and identity number. Depending on the patient’s individual circumstances during admission, the patient may be required to carry out additional tests. The relevant charges shall be borne by the patient.
All outpatients should conduct RAT before consultation for triage purposes. Outpatients should conduct the RAT at their homes on the day of the consultation. On completion, please write the patient’s name, testing date, and testing time next to the testing result, and then take a photo with a mobile phone. During registration at the hospital, please show the photo to their staff for verification. If a patient wants to buy a RAT set from the hospital, the price is HK$120 per set. This charge is not covered by the Healthcare Voucher, and no cashier receipt would be issued. The patient could proceed with the sampling and testing procedures in their designated areas.
If you have a fever (body temperature ≥ 38℃) within 48 hours, have a positive COVID-19 test result (including rapid test) within 14 days, or have been in close contact with someone who does, you are not allowed to visit the hospital or accompany patients for consultation. You should not visit the hospital either if you have a travel history within 21 days (14 days for those coming from Mainland and Macao), are subjected to compulsory quarantine, or have been in close contact with someone who fits that description. People subjected to the Government’s compulsory testing notice and who have not yet completed all required tests should provide negative rapid antigen test results on the day of visit. Otherwise, they should not come to the hospital.
Only up to 2 accompanying persons per patient are allowed to enter the hospital. Only pre-registered visitors are allowed to visit inpatients. Each inpatient may register up to 2 visitors, and only up to 1 visitor is allowed to visit a patient at a time. Visitors must have received at least 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine. Otherwise, they must produce negative PCR test results sampled within 3 days of the visit, as well as a negative rapid antigen test result on the day of the visit. Designated accompanying caregivers, and visitors staying with inpatients after visiting hours should produce negative PCR test results sampled within 3 days, and then tested weekly (if vaccinated with 2 doses) or every 3 days (if not yet vaccinated with 2 doses). A negative rapid antigen test result for the day of the visit is also required.

How to lessen the burden of medical expenses?
You may fall sick or get injured at any stage of life. But the cost of medical care at private hospitals can be exorbitant. How can we lessen the burden of medical expenses?
You may consider enrolling in VHIS for yourself and your family to transfer the financial burden of medical care to an insurance company. The Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme reimburses the insured for medical costs, whereby the insurance company shares the insured’s medical expenses incurred from illness or injury, thus reducing the huge financial burden faced by the insured when receiving treatment at a private hospital.
2. How to enjoy the shuttle bus service?
This hospital does not provide shuttle bus service.
